Processing fee to Renew an Existing FCC License – $115.00. Business Radio Licensing will submit a renewal filing to the FCC on behalf of the licensee. Application request must be submitted to and received by Business Radio Licensing 90 working days prior to the expiration or deadline date of any current application. A timely filing will be submitted when completed application and payment of all fees have been received.The FCC’s renewal fee varies for each Radio Service. The cost range is $35.00 – $495.00 and is identified below. Once your request is received, BRL will invoice you for the correct amount depending on your Radio Service. Late Waiver Renewal Application
The FCC will accept a late waiver renewal application within the 30-day grace period when renewal application is accompanied with a late waiver request and additional late waiver filing fees. (Example: IG late waiver renewal filing, non-government – $720.00) Government entities are exempt from late waiver FCC filing fees, additional late waiver processing fees will be charged. Business Radio Licensing must receive a late waiver request 10 working days prior to the end of the 30-day period.
