Business Radio Licensing will submit an Assignment of Authorization application to the FCC on behalf of the licensee. An Assignment of Authorization is generally required when a change of ownership has occurred. Once application is received, Business Radio Licensing will fax or e-mail forms for signature to complete the assignment process. *If the change of ownership has already taken place, you are subject to late waiver fees. Please indicate when the change in ownership has taken place or when it will take place so that we can invoice you accordingly.
